1. Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from the UK. Domestic and international shipping options are available at checkout.

2. How long does shipping take?

• UK orders: 3–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

4. Do you restock sold out items?

Some items are restocked based on demand. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list for restock updates.

5. Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

At the moment, we don’t offer custom sizing. However, our pieces are designed to offer a relaxed, modest fit that suits a range of body types.

6. I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
